Be careful ordering online within 1.5 hours of closing, especially during the slow season. After my experience, I suggest calling ahead before transacting an order online. We ordered, paid for our food online, only to find out 45min later and on our way there..that the store was closing earl and our sandwiches weren’t going to be made. When you are out of most ingredients for the sandwich ordered, charge LESS or offer substitutions at a discount. We just paid full price for a Monster sandwich without peppers, onions, cheese, or bacon. We feel sorry for the employees. It must be awful to be sabotaged, and unempowered: unable to fill orders due to no ingredients and also unempowered by management to make it right.
