Our kids got the Mac cheese and it was delicious as well only gave atmosphere a 4 star due to it being very load inside, but there is outside seating and maybe there was just extra load parties there during our visit not sure but it was load, overall though loved the place and definitely will go back“

We made a tradition of eating here on Christmas Eve after church service. Oh and if you like playing some old school video games they have a good assortment of free play on the many arcade games they offer. “The pizza was great as always. Very consistent. But when I pulled up to the drive through window. I got out and stood by the window. I had to sit there for a couple minutes before knocking on the window to get someone's attention. There were a 3 employees working that I could see and no customers inside. Someone finally started walking over to the window then was about to open it and instead helped someone that just walked in. Employees need to be more attentive to what's going on. Great Pizza, employees just need some customer service training. But that seems to be the issue everywhere nowadays.“

“I'm so sorry to say that 6 of us had dinner at the 4th street location on Sunday evening. Capone's has been a go to for our group for years and we were very disappointed. 3 in our party had the pastrami sandwich which they usually order. The bread was stiff and much less volume than past visits. I had the Ultimate cheeseburger that was dry and very small versus past burgers I've had there. My wife had a taco salad that had dry chicken in very small quantity. The staff were all fantastic as usual with great service. I'm in hopes this was just a bad night for the kitchen as we spent nearly $150 and we were all disappointed. Sorry Capone's but you needed to know.“

We had a build your own with dairy free cheese. May I suggest asking for “half the cheese you’d normally use”…a little goes a long way with fake cheese ?
The staff were the cat’s meow too!

“We ordered 8 pizzas tonight and 2 parm bites & the team at this store was absolutely AMAZING! Their is a gentleman assisting this store from Rathdrum that was so incredible, along with the orders that were working tonight. His (Gentleman from Rathdrum) service is too notch. We Are so pleased. We just had a terrible experience with a woman at the Spokane Street location in Post Falls and drive the couple miles here to an entirely different atmosphere, experience and great customer service.

“Great friendly service and freshly made pizza! I ordered two large pepperonis and one cheese; I literally only waited about 8-10 mins! Building is super old, could use a good remodeling or fresh coat of paint. Other than that, I highly recommend this location! ♥️“
