I have tried them at their location in Coeur d'Alene, and this one is just as good. I love chicken sopes, and they make them with pretty large corn masa shells. The chicken was nicely marinated and had quite a bit of unexpected heat to them, but nothing I could not handle. It's hard to get an idea of them by the pic I took, because they're buried under shredded lettuce, but I will say they were delicious and filling, and a very good value for what we paid. This taco truck has saved us from being in a desert of good Mexican food. Their tacos are excellent, as good as most you can find in California. Sure there are some better, but this place rocks the tacos. They even have a good hard-shelled taco which I recommend getting as a combination meal with rice and beans. The reason for that is, no one can match my mom's recipe for Spanish rice, except this place! I was so happy to taste their rice. You should too!
