“The owner of the Valley/CDA Carusos, Jesse, was so amazing to work with in the months leading up to our wedding. He checked in regularly, promptly answered questions, and was very organized. Our guests really enjoyed the food and there was enough for guests to get seconds and even have some left over at the end of the night! Jesse and his wife maintained the buffet for our event, and his wife even came over to let me know my favorite pizza was going quick and offered to bring me some! We are so happy we chose Carusos!“

Our kids got the Mac cheese and it was delicious as well only gave atmosphere a 4 star due to it being very load inside, but there is outside seating and maybe there was just extra load parties there during our visit not sure but it was load, overall though loved the place and definitely will go back“

“My family and I always enjoy the pizza, atmosphere and the amazing employee’s at Westside Pizza in Post Falls. The pizzas are always cooked to perfection and wait times are so short. We made a tradition of eating here on Christmas Eve after church service. “stuffed mushrooms, Lasagna, manascotti(seasonal special), and spaghetti with meatballs were all amazing! Best Italian I have had. The lemon bar and carmel brownie were also very excellent! My dad doesnt usually like lemon amd he preferred them over the caramel brownie. Our server Scott was phenomenal. Very attentive and had excellent customer service. Nice atmosphere and family friendly. Celebrated my birthday here and they had a card and birthday sash for me. 100% recommend coming here for special celebrations, date night or just a quiet dinner.“

“I love that you can build your own pizza. I am dairy free so I had the plant based option. The pizza turned out pretty good.

My wife tried to order take out on the app but it wouldn't let her card go through and the primecious time it locked her card up which was pretty unfortunate. We don't know if it is user error on our end, but twice is enough to not use their online service. Because of this we had to go in which was ok. Their service was still pretty quick.“

“The pizza was great as always. Very consistent. But when I pulled up to the drive through window. I got out and stood by the window. I had to sit there for a couple minutes before knocking on the window to get someone's attention. There were a 3 employees working that I could see and no customers inside. Someone finally started walking over to the window then was about to open it and instead helped someone that just walked in. Employees need to be more attentive to what's going on. Great Pizza, employees just need some customer service training. But that seems to be the issue everywhere nowadays.“

“The Papa Murphy's on W. Prairie is my go-to pizza establishment. I order from my computer at work just before I leave for the day and drive to Papa Murphy's, walk in and my pizza is on the shelf ready for me to pick it up and walk out. I have already paid for it and added a tip for the great service and do not have to even go to the counter to request my pizza. Quick and Easy and love their pizzas!!

Parking: There is always a space for parking near the Papa Murphy's in the mall complex.“

“Their sourdough loafs are amazing.!! Came today for a kouign Annan (queen Amon) and ended up getting a cinnamon roll as well. The queen was good and the cinnamon roll was just as good. This was well worth the drive from Spokane today. Will be back soon!!“

“I'm so sorry to say that 6 of us had dinner at the 4th street location on Sunday evening. Capone's has been a go to for our group for years and we were very disappointed. 3 in our party had the pastrami sandwich which they usually order. The bread was stiff and much less volume than past visits. I had the Ultimate cheeseburger that was dry and very small versus past burgers I've had there. My wife had a taco salad that had dry chicken in very small quantity. The staff were all fantastic as usual with great service. I'm in hopes this was just a bad night for the kitchen as we spent nearly $150 and we were all disappointed. Sorry Capone's but you needed to know.“

“This place is totally different with the new owners and I love it. I could eat here daily and not get sick of it the subs are that good and the pizza is amazing. We had a build your own with dairy free cheese. May I suggest asking for “half the cheese you’d normally use”…a little goes a long way with fake cheese ?
The staff were the cat’s meow too!

“Tonight was mine and my husband's first time eating at Raddici and we were so pleased with the food and service. The raddici salad and lasagna was amazing! The restaurant is beautiful and cozy. I highly recommend this place to eat!“

“I typically order from another fast pizza company that will go unnamed. We wanted to try something new so we placed a delivery order with 2 pizzas, breadsticks, & wings. I had a slight issue with my order and called the store. I experienced great customer service and was able to get everything worked out easily and promptly.
Everything was great, the garlic cheesy bread is awesome!

Will definitely choose this location more frequently because the customer service was five star and the food was great!

“Ordered pizza tonight and it was chefs kiss, sexy. Hot, buttery, cheesy what else could you ask for. Fast delivery too! I’m so mad at myself because I thought when the delivery driver arrived I tipped online but mid chow down I saw the cash I took out of my wallet after ordering to be ready. My girlfriend gave me shit too because she said he was a nice kid. I’m sorry man, iykyk! Killed it guys, will be ordering again.

“We ordered 8 pizzas tonight and 2 parm bites & the team at this store was absolutely AMAZING! Their is a gentleman assisting this store from Rathdrum that was so incredible, along with the orders that were working tonight. His (Gentleman from Rathdrum) service is too notch. We Are so pleased. We just had a terrible experience with a woman at the Spokane Street location in Post Falls and drive the couple miles here to an entirely different atmosphere, experience and great customer service.

When I was picking up my families food, the cheese bread didn't come out the way they thought was acceptable and remade it without being asked. Always love ordering food from here.“
