Despite the challenges of working alone, she demonstrated exceptional poise and provided outstanding customer service, engaging with patrons at both windows. Her dedication to her work and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are truly commendable. Notably, my previous visits to this location have consistently involved the presence of at least two staff members.“
