Ordered food and bake potato wasn’t even cooked it was rock hard and ordered prime medium rare and it was well done so dry and hard that I couldn’t eat it. They got me a new potato but by the time it came in was ready to leave and didn’t do anything about the prime rib that was so dry and overcooked I couldn’t eat it. They took $4.00 off my ticket was all they did instead of replacing the prime rib with a medium rare one like I ordered. Don’t plan on eating there again.
the food went down hill and the food is more money

Bertram's Salmon Valley Brewery is a popular spot for delicious food and drinks. The menu offers a variety of tasty options, including burgers with flavorful patties and waffle fries, as well as salads like the chicken Caesar. The beer selection, featuring the brown and black lager, is a highlight. The service is usually attentive and friendly, with staff serving generous portions, such as the huge nachos and sweet potato fries. Customers have praised the fresh and perfectly seasoned wild-caught salmon, seasonal veggies, sautéed mushrooms, and garlic potatoes, as well as the garlic butter steak, fettuccine pasta, and red trout with mixed veggies and baked potato. The brewery also hosts live bluegrass jam sessions, adding to the enjoyable dining experience. While the staff can seem annoyed during tourist season, Bertram's Salmon Valley Brewery remains a must-visit for a satisfying meal and a selection of well-crafted beers.
