“To all the people complaining about the food like actually shut the Double Hocky Stick up cause if you show the people behind the counter any amount of kindness and respect they put their entire souls into the flavor of that pizza, like I swear god came down and kissed the chef's finger tips whenever I eat their pizza. I mean if Da Vinci was reincarnated as a type of food it would be their pizza. I can feel my mind, body, and soul seeing the light and love of the world with every bite I take. My very being becomes more and more enlightened with the more I consume. I can not give this place anything less than 5 stars and If I could I would give this place a 500/5 stars“

This place pissed me off tonight. We order from here all the time and never had a problem. Well tonight our order got messed up and we got extra charged. The girl on the phone is not even willing to fix it.

“Had super fast and friendly service, food was a good portion and good price. I got the hamburger and it was great. Our waiter even got us chips to go! Definitely worth it seeing that McDonald's probably would have been the same price and worse food.“

Tonight however, I went through the drive through like normal and noticed both gentlemen making the pizza have long hair hanging over the pizza as they are making it. Dont know if hair nets are required but nobody wants a long strand of hair in their food.“

He was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He got our order exactly right, and the food came out in a timely manner. Ryan went above and beyond by keeping our drinks full and even bringing out a bowl of water for the dog without us asking. That small gesture really stood out. The food was absolutely incredible—some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The BBQ chicken calzone was my personal favorite. Between the top-notch service and amazing food, we will definitely be back. Great food and great service can be hard to come by, but we found both today at Lucy’s. Thanks again, Ryan!“

“My wife is allergic to tomatoes, so it's difficult for us to find good pizza that uses white sauce. We feel that Blaze Pizza has the best white sauce in the greater Idaho Falls area.Pizzas are consistently well prepared, staff are kind and we like the rewards program.Yes, the pizza costs a little more but you get what you pay for. If you have a large family and are just looking for square inches of pizza for your dollar there are other places that fit that need better.“

“The pizzas and salad we had were delicious. They had a generous amount of toppings. The ingredients were high-quality. The pizzas had a thin crust. There was no option for a thicker crust. The sodas were ridiculously priced at $3.25 and the mix didn’t taste exactly right. The seating area was a dump. Worn out carpet, dated furnishings, ripped, upholstery and loud swamp cooler. It was also dark. I would recommend this place as a takeout only. Also, I didn’t like that they charge 4% extra if you usde a credit card to pay.“

“We call them after failed attempts to place an order at Papa John's, they were on the spot, took our order, and delivered in 15 minutes! Very well done. Loved that it was done at their own facility without a call center! They have won us over hands down!“

The food is great as well as the cocktails. Their pizza and salad are my personals favorites. Im a bourbon drinker but they serve a great beer called “Scotch” by Idaho Brewing Company.“

“I have always loved this place and the way they have treated me and my family over the decades of living in Idaho Falls. Doordashing for them is always a go for me and I love the fact that they take EBT. Everyone deserves to be able to get a good deal on delicious pizza, don’t you agree? Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian so I don’t know but I have had some really good pizza here. Is artichoke a type of meat??? LoL

Kid-friendliness: Not anything major to do but the staff are very friendly. They don’t seem to mind the noise or business that comes from the little ones.

“We ordered wings and pasta for delivery tonight. An order was dropped off on the porch and when we opened the box it wasn't our order. I called the store and my call was given to a what someone who I assume is a manager (I can't remember his name). He was professional and friendly and immediately set out to correct the mixup and get our correct food delivered to us. In fact, he delivered the food himself (and was quick doing it!!) and brought us a free 2 liter of soda as well! The food was yummy, the gesture of the free soda was great, and the gentleman who went above and beyond to set things right was awesome!“

“I don't particularly like going out to sit-down restaurants, but I had a coupon for a free Ribeye steak, Fettuccine Alfredo, & Lasagna meal. I went by myself and all I ordered was the free meal and water, so I had a feeling they wouldn't be too excited about dealing with me. I was wrong. They were great. The main thing I don't like about going to restaurants is the time it takes and the waiting. I really enjoyed my experience this time, though. I managed to catch them when they weren't particularly busy and Brayden (sorry if misspelled) was taking my order right after I was seated. Immediately after that, I had bread, which I had a couple bites of and my salad arrived. Within 30 seconds of me putting my empty salad dish to the side, my meal was there. It was delicious and I ate more than I should have. Just as I was finishing, Brayden brought my to go bread and the ticket. Although I wasn't getting rushed out of there and could have taken my time and relaxed if I wanted, I was literally in and out of there in 30 minutes! It was excellent. Delicious food and great service. I'll be back.“
