“To all the people complaining about the food like actually shut the Double Hocky Stick up cause if you show the people behind the counter any amount of kindness and respect they put their entire souls into the flavor of that pizza, like I swear god came down and kissed the chef's finger tips whenever I eat their pizza. I mean if Da Vinci was reincarnated as a type of food it would be their pizza. I can feel my mind, body, and soul seeing the light and love of the world with every bite I take. My very being becomes more and more enlightened with the more I consume. I can not give this place anything less than 5 stars and If I could I would give this place a 500/5 stars“

This place pissed me off tonight. We order from here all the time and never had a problem. Well tonight our order got messed up and we got extra charged. The girl on the phone is not even willing to fix it.

“Had super fast and friendly service, food was a good portion and good price. I got the hamburger and it was great. Our waiter even got us chips to go! Definitely worth it seeing that McDonald's probably would have been the same price and worse food.“

He was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He got our order exactly right, and the food came out in a timely manner. Ryan went above and beyond by keeping our drinks full and even bringing out a bowl of water for the dog without us asking. That small gesture really stood out. The food was absolutely incredible—some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The BBQ chicken calzone was my personal favorite. Between the top-notch service and amazing food, we will definitely be back. Great food and great service can be hard to come by, but we found both today at Lucy’s. Thanks again, Ryan!“

“Our online orders are correct 99% of the time, the food tastes fresh and this location of Papa Murphy's is always clean. The one time our order wasn't correct, they promptly corrected it for us and apologized. We have a family member who cannot eat a number of things, so being able to order a crustless pizza without the items they can't eat is very helpful to us when we want to enjoy pizza with them.“

“Went to Papa Kelseys before the midnight madness parade.. and I have to say that the crew was on point!!! The place was insane busy, but everyone was calm, cool, collected. It was clear that everyone had a job to do and they each did their part perfectly! We didnt have to wait long to order, and our order was perfect, and came out alot quicker than we anticipated! Kuddos the the entire crew, and a great job being prepared for a big rush!!“

“The pizzas and salad we had were delicious. They had a generous amount of toppings. The ingredients were high-quality. The pizzas had a thin crust. There was no option for a thicker crust. The sodas were ridiculously priced at $3.25 and the mix didn’t taste exactly right. The seating area was a dump. Worn out carpet, dated furnishings, ripped, upholstery and loud swamp cooler. It was also dark. I would recommend this place as a takeout only. Also, I didn’t like that they charge 4% extra if you usde a credit card to pay.“

“My wife is allergic to tomatoes, so it's difficult for us to find good pizza that uses white sauce. We feel that Blaze Pizza has the best white sauce in the greater Idaho Falls area.Pizzas are consistently well prepared, staff are kind and we like the rewards program.Yes, the pizza costs a little more but you get what you pay for. If you have a large family and are just looking for square inches of pizza for your dollar there are other places that fit that need better.“

“We call them after failed attempts to place an order at Papa John's, they were on the spot, took our order, and delivered in 15 minutes! Very well done. Loved that it was done at their own facility without a call center! They have won us over hands down!“

“I have always loved this place and the way they have treated me and my family over the decades of living in Idaho Falls. Doordashing for them is always a go for me and I love the fact that they take EBT. Everyone deserves to be able to get a good deal on delicious pizza, don’t you agree? Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian so I don’t know but I have had some really good pizza here. Is artichoke a type of meat??? LoL

Kid-friendliness: Not anything major to do but the staff are very friendly. They don’t seem to mind the noise or business that comes from the little ones.

“Pizza and service is fine. But I don’t know what is up with this location and Buffalo sauce. We have ordered from this location probably 5 times since moving here 3 years ago…And 4/5 times they have forgotten the Buffalo sauce on our Buffalo chicken pizza. ? It’s partially my fault for not checking my pizza before leaving the store, but it’s just crazy how often it has happened to us here. ?“

“We hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in years but our son received a voucher for a free personal pan pizza for reading so many books this school year. There was only one other table with people in the dining area besides us which made our dinner out as a family calm and relaxed! The food came quickly and it tasted delicious; the kids got personal pan pizzas and I shared the Italian meats pasta with my husband. We ordered cheesy bread sticks with our meal and when our server brought them out, she accidentally gave us garlic breadsticks. She said she already had some cheesy ones in the oven before we could tell her not to worry about it!“
