It was exactly what we were wanting on our very special night. The Idaho trout was the best I’ve ever had and our burrata appetizer with flatbread was delicious. “I usually get my Calzone from Hailey Wise Guy and it’s the best. Unfortunately can’t say that about Ketchum Wise Guy. Crust was so hard it was difficult to chew, hardly any olives inside and overall tasteless. These 2 restaurants must not be affiliated with each other. I’ll Never will go back to Ketchum.”

The environment was welcoming and as far as I am concerned, the best beer drinking spot in Ketchum. I am glad that this place exists in SV. Will definitely be back next year when we visit Ketchum!”

“Excellent food, (love the chopped salad). Good selection of wine by the bottle or the glass. Limited but good selection of cheeses. The patio is a wonderful place to sit, weather permitting.The only problem can be getting your order in. The procedure is to order at the register as you enter and then take a seat. Usually there is only one register active. If there is a line, I don’t go in. Inevitably people have menu questions, in groups it takes a long time for the group to order.”

“Absolute best lobster bisque soup anywhere. I wish they can ship some. Great friendly staff always and people just need to chill out or stay home. Great place to eat.”

“We go here every time we come into town. The sandwiches have toasted bread, but cold insides, and it makes for a really yummy sandwich. The bread is not too thick. My favorite is the meatless masterpiece, but then adding ham. Ha. We also LOVE the chocolate chips cookies. They make every sandwich to perfection so it is not super fast but not slow either. Worth the wait!!!”

“We held our wedding reception at the Grill at Knob Hill on 10/13/24. Bob and the team were awesome to work with! The food was amazing from appetizers during our cocktail hour to the main dinner during our seated reception. The space transformed beautifully and Bob and his team helped make our wedding vision come true - we could not have had a better evening!”
