“We could not more emphatically recommend Chef Andrew! Chef Andrew catered an intimate wedding dinner for 10 at our Airbnb in Stanley. The food was absolutely incredible—including Chef Andrew sourcing wild huckleberries for dessert! Our menu included: watermelon salad skewers, corn fritters, halloumi and tomato skewers, peach + burrata salad, seared scallops with corn, Snake River Farms steak with a huckleberry wine glaze, and huckleberry panna cotta. Chef Andrew was delightful and conscientious, it was clear how much he loved making his food. Everything was locally sourced and fresh from the farmers market. A few days later everyone is still raving about the dinner—it was one to remember. We strongly recommend Chef Andrew for any occasion—he's incredible!“
