Costa Vida has been consistently on the ball and conscientious with my wife’s celiac. We mention GF and the immediate response is “allergy or preference”, then extra steps to ensure things are as contamination free as humanly possible.
Bre was especially helpful during our last visit, and made sure our food was top notch. I did have delays with my meal, but she made sure I knew my options and the wait for steak.

In town up from slc, im allergic to gluten, these workers were amazing at making sure I was taken care of and were super careful 10/10
