Booked for 2 nights & cancelled a week prior by email due to an immediate family member dying. Day of reservation got confirmation email of reservation. Called & was told never got my email. Hotel still charged me 30% of total booking. Thanks sorry my brother died & you didn't get the email. Mid week booking in off season, you would think they would have more compassion.
The new Brooks is absolutely fabulous! Emily has put in so much effort, and it truly shows. The restaurant atmosphere is warm, inviting, modern and clean. The food is TO DIE FOR, and customer service was top-notch! An absolutely perfect Eggs Benedict 🤤 We can’t wait to come back and try lunch!
We stayed the weekend at the Brooks just to get out of town. Check in was a breeze even though it was late. I’ve seen some negative reviews but honestly, what I see here is a hard working family, preserving a family legacy with a lot of blood, sweat , tears and hard work.
