The best breakfast I have ever had is in Wallace, Idaho at ThebBrroks Restuaraunt in the Brooks Hotel. The Chicken Fried Steak is superb and the home made gravy is quite the pairing. You also get eggs, hasbrowns and toast and let me say the hasbrowns are amazing and they taste like they just melt in your mouth. Food was good, enjoyed the huckleberry pancakes. 1 pancake is big enough for one person, and can even fill you up. Hash browns were ok, ham wasnt bad either, the high light was the pancake though.
