The new Brooks is absolutely fabulous! Emily has put in so much effort, and it truly shows. The restaurant atmosphere is warm, inviting, modern and clean. The food is TO DIE FOR, and customer service was top-notch! An absolutely perfect Eggs Benedict 🤤 We can’t wait to come back and try lunch!
We stayed the weekend at the Brooks just to get out of town. Check in was a breeze even though it was late. I’ve seen some negative reviews but honestly, what I see here is a hard working family, preserving a family legacy with a lot of blood, sweat , tears and hard work. This hotel is run by hard working owners, Emily and her mom, who are trying to save the historic charm of the town with this family hotel. After seeing other reviews with lower stars don't listen to them, the customer service is AMAZING! It is hard to find reliable employees and the owner are wearing several hats, give them grace this is not a hotel chain with unlimited resources.
