Dunkin' Donuts in Aurora

“Sidhu and Sunny were two of the most kindest people I have met in the fast food industry. Upon leaving the drive thru, I had noticed my latte wasn’t made the way I had intended. Although I was nervous, not only did they greet me warmly, but they walked me through remaking my latte ☺️. It’s very rare to see workers so kind and patient, so I am extremely grateful for the hospitality they gave me. I was having a rough week, so this made me very happy. Thank you! ?“

“I rescind my previous review and bumping this place up to four stars. As a local resident, I saw this place go down the tubes over the years until recently. The staff is always great in the mornings and I appreciate everyone's hospitality. Even if there's a line, it goes very quickly. My orders are now always accurate and to expected temperature.

The only gripe I have is against Dunkin and what they did to gauge prices and "update" their rewards system.“

Parking: Good area to park your car; it was very empty when I arrived.

Kid-friendliness: The employees were very kind to a kid who ordered a donut with his mom.“

“Very good experience here! Ordered online and picked up in store. Iced coffee was excellent. My order was ready when I came in just a few minutes. They were out of the donuts I had selected in the app but they were quick to offer an alternate and I even got two! Thank you. I will be back when I visit the area!“

“Great location. I stop here on my way to work. Super fast service. I order through the app but even if there's a line it moves pretty fast. Also, out of all Dunkins that I visit, this location for some reason makes my coffee taste better, and I order the same favorite order from the app.“

“The workers are really nice. We went back because they forgot to give our bagel and cream cheese but they were really nice about it and owner gave us hash browns for the inconvenience.Update: drinks are not consistent. My coffee always tastes differently.“
