She even made my food as I was downloading so I didn’t even have to wait long ! Was not expecting her to, but she went right to work. She made everything perfectly, and she even gave some extra donuts which my boyfriend and me genuinely appreciated. She was the absolute sweetest, great experience all due to her !“

“I was in this Dunkin' yesterday, and an irate customer came in, which the manager handled very well. The police were called, and when they arrived, the lady stormed out of the building because she knew she was in the wrong. Glad the manager was able to handle the situation so well. I will definitely be visiting this Dunkin' again.“
“I often go to many different locations because theres so many in the area but this Dunkin never fails to be my favorite!! They never mess up my coffee whether its cold or hot and i’d go as far as to say it taste better then other locations i’ve been to! I typically use the mobile app walk in or drive thru but regardless the staff is always super friendly and i’ve never had a poor experience! Occasionally I go later in the day so they’ll be out of a specific kind of donut but they are always so kind and generous about offering a different kind and letting me know my options :) will continue to be a regular!“
