I never take time out of my day to write a review, but here I go. Went there today, they couldn’t take my order properly through the drive thru. I clearly mentioned 2 drinks, and they had one drink with the wrong size. They were about to hand me a totally different order. I went to correct them at the window, and they still couldn’t manage to input the correct order. Minimal selection and the donuts they offered had clearly been sitting out a long time. They were dried out, and glazes and frostings were wet and dripping off. So gross.
Very hard to communicate to place my order at the counter, and needed another employee and another customer to connect the dots.
Went to the restroom on our way out - no garbage can so the ladies' receptacle was overflowing. TP holder was broken so the TP rolls were balanced on the handrails.

So once I was going to get the peach passion fruit refresher then I got the most expensive refresher and I lost like 6 bucks then I got a free reward then the lady said it was no free and it said it was free but and it was dirty
