They are always friendly, willing to to go the extra step for their customers. My drinks always look like the photo and taste spectacular. “So I’ve got the same exact order from Dunkin dozens of time. It tastes like a blueberry scone and it’s SO good. I come to this Dunkin a lot and never have an issue. They’re super quick and efficient. So today I got it and it tasted nothing like my usual order. It didn’t taste like anything actually. So I was hesitant to go in but I decided to. Anees is an ANGEL! She was SO sweet about it! She wanted to remake it personally. I apologize a few times and she was so nice about it. Very personable and attentive. Then she asked if I could try it before I left to make sure it was right. It was perfect! I’m very happy she was there when I came in because asking for remakes makes me so nervous!
