Pizza Hut in Aurora

“Today’s choice for the holiday was pizza. So that left the decision of going to Pizza Hut. Pam helped me out with my order since I was having problems with the website. And let me tell you. She was just the sweetest person ever! From the time that I walked in the door. She greeted me with a big smile! After a long day at work today. Pam has truly made my day so much worth it. This is what us customers expect when we come to spend money. Good food. Good customer service. And just a friendly face and smile. Thanks for the great service Pam. I will definitely be back! “just leaving this review because i went there tonight and wanted to applaud dude working at register (i didn’t get his name, sorry :() a customer came in who was rude and volatile and not only did the worker handle this with grace (imo) despite the other customer trying to escalate, the worker got me, and another customer in and out quick. not only quick but kindly (my pizza was delicious too) thank you so much! the workers are what make a place run- and i’m so sorry that you (whoever the team was) had to deal with that (entitled people treating you like less then human) during a friday night rush“
