“I came to starbucks to get a coffee and had the best encounter with a nice lady named grace. she was super helpful in helping me pick my drink and answering all of my questions. by far the best caramel ribbon crunch i’ve ever had! she was mentoring fellow coworkers and just overall brought a positive vibe to the environment! give that girl a raise! she deserves it!!“
