“I live nearby and have been to this location numerous times since this location's inception. I have always recieved good service, but nothing worth leaving a review for, that is until last week. Janna took my drive-through order about 8 p.m. Due to the time we went through the drivethrough (using a birthday reward), my husband requested no ice in his caramel machiatto, planning to simply place it in the fridge and drink it the following morning. Janna met us at the window and took the time to ask why we may have asked for no ice and proceeded to make his drink, but seperate out each component for him to mix the following morning. She was kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to service us. This moment may not have been nothing more than a blip in her day, but she provided true CUSTOMER SERVICE by anticipating our needs and then meeting them, which is becoming increasingly harder to come across. She deserves to be recognized for slowing down, understanding our needs, meeting them, and doing it all with a smile and pleasant attitude. Thank you!!“

This store is located near Scott Air Force Base, OFallon, IL. They offer limited edition military merchandise.
I stopped by here for few hours and I really appreciated the baristas and how much they kept a positive attitude, despite being short staffed and getting through crowd rush hour. I ordered some food and hot beverage and all tasted good.
This store supports military big time. Although, they’re small on the inside with limited seating, they show love in a much bigger way. They accommodated each customer and made sure they were comfortable and completely satisfied.
When I visited the Starbucks HQ in Washington, I met a friendly front desk lady who shared with me that her and her spouse were both in military.
She also shared with me, “Starbucks focuses on hiring thousands of military personnel to help them keep their jobs, should they or their spouse have to be transferred to another location.“
“No matter where they are transferred for military purposes, Starbucks has their baristas back. They offer smooth transition into a new store for them. Making new friends is a bonus.”
My order was made fresh, efficient and tasted great. I enjoyed my stay here, while on business. If you’re a military member, come by here and enjoy your stay.“

Always a 5-star experience when I visit this location.
Today I tried the new Caramel Protein Matcha (hot, venti, served in my personal cup). I customized it by reducing the caramel syrup from four pumps to three and choosing sugar-free caramel — and it was made perfectly.
What stands out most to me is the consistent warmth. The staff acknowledge customers with eye contact and genuine smiles, no matter the time of day or how busy it is. That kind of attentiveness matters.
I experience it personally, and I see it extended to everyone who walks through the door.
That consistency is why I gladly return.
