Starbucks in Fairview Heights

“First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...“

“This location moves you through the drive-thru very quickly. The only thing that makes me quiver about this location is the drive-thru flow. There are two lines that merge into one. The sign asks that drivers allow one another into the ordering lane by alternating cars as you come to the end point of the merge. This assumes that people will be courteous. From what I've seen, and being that this was my first time using the drive-thru, I guess it works. On the other hand, I can see a selfish or mean driver not being kind. This may subsequently lead to an altercation. Some people are just plain old mean, angry, bitter, etc. Hopefully, this won't ever occur.“
