Starbucks in Fairview Heights

“First of all I love Starbucks! But for the last 2 days I've went to the Fairview Heights location to get my same drink. The caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and for 2 days straight I've asked for light caramel drizzle because it's too sweet and extra crunch. It even says it on the label stuck to my drink, but yet it's covered in caramel and there's no extra crunch. And I know sometimes we become complacent because we're in a hurry we're making the same drink every day multiple times, but I usually have to get a spoon and scrape it out. I will even pay more next time I go, just to get what I ask for...“

“WOW. I see why the less than 4 star reviews. Terrible staff. Pretentious and non-friendly. Have to beg to use a restroom that has ZERO toilet paper. With insult to poor customer service: 3 baristas younger than the years I have been ordering mochas. All wanna act like I’m invisible upon bringing to their attention that the restroom was without toilet paper, amazing room for growth and improvement! Ugh, sad visit.“
