This location moves you through the drive-thru very quickly. The only thing that makes me quiver about this location is the drive-thru flow. There are two lines that merge into one. The sign asks that drivers allow one another into the ordering lane by alternating cars as you come to the end point of the merge. This assumes that people will be courteous. Stephanie & Marlie are absolutely amazing! Polite and fast service. The cafe is always clean and even when busy they take special care to interact with my littles who loves their cake pops.
I don't get the low ratings here! This place is awesome and I order from here on a regular basis. The staff is really nice and they're quite efficient too! My drinks are made well every single time!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a busy location in Fairview, considered a great addition to the area. The baristas are consistently described as kind, friendly, genuinely nice, and deserving of praise. Customer service is often great and attentive, with workers happy to remake drinks if needed. The food is noted as being fresh. However, service in the drive-thru can be extremely slow, causing workers to sometimes run behind. Wait times are otherwise acceptable. A point of confusion was noted regarding the "here cup" free refill policy for lattes. The location gets busy and overrun with customers, but the staff makes the experience worth it.
