“I stopped by this place while waiting for an oil change nearby. The layout of the restaurant was really fun — you can see the ice rink right next to it, which felt straight out of a high school movie. I loved the classic American diner vibe. It wasn’t too crowded, which made it feel even more local and cozy.

There were claw machines and candy dispensers here and there, which added to the charm. The server was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered a drink, some chili, and a burger. The food wasn’t amazing, but it was decent. Overall, it’s a very chill place. I feel like it’d be a fun spot to stop by once in a while to grab a drink and hang out with a friend.“

“Bar and liquor store combo with a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great selection of whiskey and beer.

We had our rehearsal dinner there, and it was exactly what we wanted. Very much our style. Saved us a bunch of money doing it there vs our other options. And the nice thing was that we were able to cater whatever food we wanted there.

We also got the spirits for our wedding through them. They had the best prices from everything we vetted, and we were able to return all the unopened bottles that were leftover after the event.

We group of 4 went Lunar Brewing couple of times 20 years ago, my brother and been talking about coming back. Today after leaving noisy,yuppy, pricy Yardhouse. We opted to Lunar, now I found new pub to spend our weekend chilly brewing after 30 years @ Brixies Saloon (Brookfield) which personally closed to me in 2017. “This is a go to bar. Forget the corporate ba, real people, real service. You go there twice they will know your drink. Amazing live music, and otherwise a great place to watch sports games. Jeremy is a great owner/bartender, and his staff truly goes above and beyond most dive bars. It's not a dive bar as it's clean and open. Neighborhood bar with character, class, and cheap drinks. Just rip the great bartenders so they stay. Totally a hidden gem in dupage county. City people can also come as it's 200 feet from the train ...“
