This is one of the places that the Irish Mafia used to hang out in!!! A place where the murder mystery is alive and unsolved!!! You come to a place like this and you can feel the history, feel it in your soul!! You want to check this place out!!! Ask anyone here about the history and they will tell you straight out!! Are you in the mood for a drink??? Get it here!! Are you in the mood for a quick bite?? Well you can get it here too along with a nice fresh tap or bottle of what ever beer you like!!! “Kickers bar has a clear hidden/quiet type of ambiance in the Schiller Park IL. It is under rated since the quiet/hidden type of location. The fairly new owner had a bar in Melrose Park and it was too much drama with the local people that created the drama. Hence the better location is a trustworthy bar and no drama there at all. So there is events scheduled there that people attend to like singing&kareoke and they have days that the specials on drink and also non-alcholic drinks if you have the designated driver role with remaining sober for the night. All in all it is a hidden gem and deserves precedence as a decent place to serve Schiller Park. Also there is no fear of people looking for drama like some ex-friends(RMI) getting curious on spying on you cause they are kinda jealous or better yet having stalkeish type of character. Any trouble like this the authorities are 5 mns away.if any drama is about to happen. If people come here and live a ways away (like Bensenville) they have no place here.“

“This is one of my favorite bars in the city. I love that it's nearby my neighborhood, it's a lovely addition to the area. The food is delicious, I recommend the dill pickle pasta salad and the burger. The cocktail menu changes seasonally I think, so there's always something new to try. Cocktails are always nicely balanced and tasty. The staff is so friendly and I love the atmosphere. Busy on the weekends but weeknights are a bit quieter. Visit immediately.“

So much variety and everything was fresh, hot and very flavorful. The little room we were in was just perfect for our size group and the ambiance was wonderful. “My husband and I are visiting from Arizona and were meeting some friends in The Glen. We planned on going to The Yardhouse, but thought it was too noisy. Saw the reviews for The Oak and we were so glad we did. The burger I had was the best burger I have ever had, our friend felt the same. My husband and our other friend had the rueben, they loved them also. We left the restaurant and we were going to take individual pics, then this really nice guy offered to take a picture of all of us. He was so very nice. Guess what, he was the owner. We will definitely be back on our next visit here and our friends will be back sooner. Great food!!!!“
