You get a friendly welcome everytime you come in, now let’s get to the food! Always a 10/10 food is ALWAYS fresh, hot and full of flavor, a gyro under 15 bucks with a salad? You can’t beat that in this economy, a great variety of food from American to Greek.“

“The food is standard American food with a mix or Mexican selections. The service is the best as they always make you feel welcomed. You can watch how they make the food. Their food tastes as expected and the burgers are juicy. For the price they charge, this is an excellent deal and they do not shy away from giving you fries. Would recommend their mozzarella sticks and their cheese burgers. Tacos are great and the gyros are solid. Would recommend getting carry out as this place is small. The bathroom is not the best as well.“

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the restaurant is very narrow and there is not a lot of space for a wheelchair inside but there are a few tables outside“

“Junior desrves some special recogntion. Great Store I go there daily. I most love their staff. Junior is very helpful, is willing to assist you and is very focused on the customer he is the best. Even when I go on weekends he is their ready to help. I watch him make every customer that comes in feel special. “We recently moved to the neighborhood and noticed Hubby's after leaving the Farmers Market a few weeks ago. My husband noticed they advertised catering on their building, so we thought we should reach out for our kiddos 1st Birthday Party. They DID NOT disappoint! Marcie responded to emails promptly. She was very accommodating with adding extra food last minute (86 guests), and their hot dog cart was such a nice touch for our baseball themed party. Our guests loved the hot dogs and mini Italian beef sandwiches! We were even able to accommodate our vegan guests with hot dogs too! We cannot wait to check out their spot in person and try other menu items as well! Thank you SO much for making our littles first birthday extra special!“

“Very good hotdogs and fries. The fries are hand cut and fried without a timer. This does cause some fries to be over cooked. Yet, most of the fries are delicious. Not sure when they changed the hot dogs, but they are longer. Still good and have a snap. All the condiments were great.“

“Passing through ORD, of course I'm going to get a Chicago dog. But even the best laid plans get sidetracked!

There are terminals you can order from, and while I was putting in my order, a staffer suggested their Maxwell Street hot dog (prepped by the amazing Oumar) - their only grilled offering! - and I couldn't resist. She was friendly and I went along with it.

Worth a visit if you're craving a hot dog and have a layover.

“Absolutely amazing! The 1/2 Greek Chicken at The Gyros Factory is one of the best meals I’ve had in Des Plaines. Perfectly seasoned, cooked on the bone, and unbelievably tender. The rice pilaf and Greek potatoes complete the plate beautifully. A must-try!“

However the guys working at Kong Dog are very friendly and efficient and they were happy to answer questions and make suggestions. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“
