People who work here are completely horrible. The management here does not know the meaning of customer service. They do not stand by their customers to ensure a high quality dining experience.
My mom went to eat dinner at Bluff City tonight and told me she would bring home the chicken and dumpling special since i’ve been sick. To our surprise, it looks we’ve been pretty shorted on the food. It doesn’t even fully cover the bottom. To charge what they do, and then to have very small portions just sucks! I posted pictures of it in the comments.
Just drove from St.Charles MO with my husband and daughter today to get out of the house. Saw reviews for Bluff City Grill, and we decided to stop for lunch.
The crab stew was amazingly delicious 😋
I had the stinger salad, and the hand breaded chicken strips on the salad were delicious too.
We had buffalo chicken dip, and mozzarella sticks for appetizers-- both super delicious too.
I had a glass of the house sangria which was super good too.
