I didn't know about going to Frank's to eat because of the bad reviews I read ( about the service, not the food ), but IHOP was packed New year's day. We went across the street and had the best food and prompt,friendly service at Frank's. Will be back Saturday with more friends. Thank you to all the hard working cooks and servers.

Went there 11-5-19. We had the worst service. The other servers were accommodating to their customers but ours sure was not. She brought our soup after we had our main course. Never a word from her about refilling our drinks. My husband ordered All You Can Eat pork chops and he never got a reorder because our waitress had disappeared. She finally came to our table when we were leaving. I assume so we would leave a tip. I questioned her about where she was. Her excuse was they were swamped but it seemed everyone else was doing their job. We took a friend there for her birthday but as I told our waitress we will not be back for a long while.

Went there for a Birthday Celebration. The service was terrible. Waitress never came to check on ue, never refilled our drinks and never came back to offer to go boxes. Had to go get them ourselves. She said they were short staffed. It sure was funny how the other 2 waitress were all over their tables, checking on them, refilling drinks. Terrible experience!

It was pretty good, not great. The menu was huge and it seemed like they were trying to do too much. Food was decent but not the best I've had. The free I've cream is a nice touch though and the bathrooms were immaculate.

Franks is great. When we went it was one dollar desserts and free ice cream with your order. I got a Philly Cheese Steak which was to die for and the seasoned fries are the best around. Everything there is sooo good.
