Went there today for the worst sub par frozen food ? Artificial crab in the seafood linguine , country fried steak was frozen hunk of meat ?? 30 minutes to get a drink ? Was really excited to come give it a try ! So disappointed will never go back . The guys seating people was wearing a baseball cap ? Looked like he was on MTVs Jersey shore ?
So happy Santinos is BACK to the old AMAZING SANTINOS!! We love it! The owner is so friendly and inviting! Great food!
My husband and I went there tonight 2/14/26 for Valentine’s Day. They had a limited menu, full bar was not available. Every single staff member was new. It was the first or second night for everyone. No one knew the menu and the staff argued in front of the customers. The staff was rude to one of the older waitresses who was tying her best. Santino's Steak & Pasta is a fusion restaurant offering Italian, Indian, Mexican, and Thai choices. The food was amazing, with meals like Chicken Tiki Masala, paneer tikka, ribeye, and crab curry all described as delicious. The service was excellent and awesome, with attentive waitstaff like Bella and Mani. The chef checked in to make sure all the food was up to par and talked about the menu. The atmosphere is fancy, and the price is really good for the quality. It is a quiet spot for a late lunch or early dinner, and visitors are planning on it being in their regular rotation for date nights. The owner held the door open for guests, and the entire experience was blown away. It is a great spot that feels too good to be plopped in the Alton Square parking lot. People will be going back and giving it a 10 out of 10 score.
