I imagine this place will be closed within the next 6-12 months. It's worn down and uncared for. The women's bathroom is disgusting and not clean and makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. The pancake I ordered was undercooked and the rest of the food was just okay. Server was friendly.

Went to ihop with my daughter & her father. It took about 5 minutes for anyone to greet us. Then another 5 to be seated. It seemed to me that there was only 1 waitress on staff. She took our order just fine. When the food came out it was ice cold. I mean everything was cold. The hashbrowns were soggy and just the top had been cooked. The sausage links were soft and oily. The eggs were absolutely disgusting. She did not ever ask if we needed anything or if the food was alright. Then it took forever for her to bring us our check. And as we were leaving the parking lot is covered in snow & ice. I slipped and fell on the ice with my 2 year old daughter in my arms. This place is a complete joke. I guess no one takes care of there lot whenever it snows. Captain ds parking lot was completely clear. I will not be returning. Ever. Another thing I would like to add is the bathroom was filthy. There was toilet paper all over the floor and paper towels every where. This place needs new management. I understand being short staffed but where is the management?? Everything is off about this ihop.

Renee our favorite server, makes the entire experience great. That is not a knock against the rest of the great staff. The food is good and the restaurant is clean whenever I have been here.
I would give all 0 besides for a service today Other waitresses besides our waitresses Imogene was rude! Disrespectful ! Waiting on my sons pancake for 30 mins after the rest of our table already done got ours and I could everything in the kitchen going on and the cooks just taken their time talking crap on the other waitresses… never will be back! We requested our waitress but they didn’t have a table big enough for us. So i asked if we could sit at the bigger table but have the waitress we wanted. They got pissed off and snobby and running their mouths. Will never be back to this place!

Food was delicious and hot! The chicken biscuit was a really good option. I never would have considered pickles with hash browns on it but im glad I did. The biscuit was huge so it was a good sized meal. Ranae was cleaning tables and assisting all of the customers. She even sang to pass the time. She continually checked on customers as it was busier than I would have expected for a weekday morning. I'll definitely be back.
