Went for breakfast and was seated promptly by the pleasant greeter. The restaurant was not busy on this weekday morning. Still waiting to see someone/anyone after 15 minutes. We could hear people talking in the kitchen but no servers present in the dining room. We opted to leave without ordering because no one ever showed up. The waiting area had several people looking around for help (greeter no longer there) when we walked out. I miss the Wood River IHOP where service was great and food was prompt.

Holy Cow you need to fire your cooks in the kitchen! I ordered the turkey dinner off the 55 plus menu. When the food came out the turkey was a very weird brown/orange color. It looked like the cook had taken fibers out of a 1970's shag carpet and put it on a plate and tried to pass it off as turkey!When I sank my teeth into the fibers of the turkey I immediately questioned my decision making skills and my ability to be able to make good life choices! The turkey was completely rancid!So , I love the servers there, I give them all a 5 star rating because they are friendly, kind and do their jobs with excellence! With that being said lets get back to talking turkey...I quietly told the waitress the turkey was rancid. She told me she will have them make new turkey. Knowing that you cant just make new turkey....I told her I didn't want any more turkey so she took away my plate.A few minutes later the manager comes out and told me the turkey was not rancid, it just was stored in the refrigerator next to pinaple that had been in the refrigerator a long time and had gotten over ripe and the turkey took on the taste of the over ripe pineapple (TRANSLATION: rotten pineapple). The manager then hands me a new plate with more "shag carpet" looking turkey on it... he then said: "this time we gave you our good turkey".Needless to say it was the same turkey and it was also rancid! It was funny how the manager tried to say this time he gave me the good turkey....I dont think he understood that he was insinuating that they always try to serve expired food to keep food costs in line.In all seriousness, my real concern is that this location is so slow that they serve expired food because they don't do enough business to keep their food rotating.Please consider getting all new kitchen staff! The dining room in your restrurant is beautiful and has a great atmosphere and your waitresses are worthy of 5 stars and they represent your restaurant well!So you need to get your kitchen and your food to match the quality of the dining room and the dining room staff! If you do that you all would have people lining up to eat at your location.We come every couple weeks even though most of the food is aweful. We come because we like your servers and also we seeing what the food will look like each visit.... that has its own entertainment value!

Just dined in to enjoy a great meal. My food was hot. Everything was delicious. My service was phenomenal. My waitress Ashley was very professional & did a wonderful job! Thank you so much we will be back this week!Parking: Parked right out front!
My dad's pancakes werent done, literal pancake BATTER in the middle of the pancake. Out of fresh strawberries and greenbeans. This place needs more servers, our service was slow. Don't leave new servers here by themselves.

IHOP has had it's up and downs over the last few years but am happy to say they are back, ON TOP!The food was spectacular today and service was primo.My server, Renee, was very pleasant and helpful in me getting my order in promptly and served in record time.I won't hesitate anymore about going there, when I need my eggs , to have my fave, chicken fajita omelet.The new menu also looked exciting and chock full of new items that sounded delicious.So, get out there and go back, if you haven't been in a while.Good stuff awaits. ?

Nice, super polite family seem to have assumed management of the restaurant. Food was much more like the pictures on the menu. Very low wait time, but there were few other customers besides us. The polite graciousness of our waitress stood out compared to our past visits and among other area restaurants.
