Visited the Alton Square Mall Olga's on 11/22/2025. Took over 40 minutes on a simple carryout order. Items were passed through the kitchen window at intervals varying between the 20 minutes mark and the 40+ minute mark and left to sit on the counter. By the time we received everything the items that had been sitting out were cold and rubbery. One of the Original Olgas had no sauce or toppings and the Large Original Olga was just a regular sized Olga. We could have just stayed home, flushed $60 down the toilet and saved ourselves an hour.

Me and the family stop in on the way to the airport we had the greatest food it was very clean and oh my goodness or waiter haliyah was terrific can’t wait to go back

the food was okay.. the tenders were dry, our server seemed like she was out of it so it took us so long to get waited on , the General manger is rude ! i heard her over talking about the smell of another cook and they were all laughing which rage baited me and my husband , I've enjoyed olgas for years but it seems like since the first GM left ( Greg} olgas has been going down hill ! with the food and service ! ive loved olgas for years ! but new more mature experience should be added to olgas with the managers and the servers ! I come here more often than not and I know personal business about the staff i shouldn't , because of unproefessionalism ! oh and please call an exterminator !!!!

I wouldn’t even be mad about how long it has taken for my food to not come out if it wasn’t for the fact that they’re obviously prioritizing to-go orders and people who ordered 15 minutes after I was seated got their food 15 minutes before I decided to type a review.
Edit. My Olga Gyro had a funky taste to it. This is so sad because Olga’s used to be very good. At least the employees in the restaurant are friendly.

Jess was the most pleasant waitress very helpful and a nice to have lunch for a change
Food was great! Jessica was fantastic today! There was a server out sick and she kept things flowing smoothly and even took care of a group having a party while we were there. Excellent service!

Kitchen is absolutely disgusting with roaches crawling all over counters. roach traps on the floor full of dead roaches. 10/10 do not recommend!

I haven't been to an Olgas in a very long time. I ordered the Snackers, which are still awesome but the other items were very bland. Their spinach pie had no flavor. It use to be really good. So good I would order one to go. Not anymore. Whatever they changed it to does not even live up to the original one. I also got the fried chicken Olga. The chicken use to be seasoned, now it's plain Jane. Other than that, service was great. Won't be returning though. Miss the Olgas in St. Claire Square. That one had the best food.

I do love an Olga! I did think there could have been a bit more sauce and the Swiss almond with the snackers team out a bit half way through, even using it lightly.
