Rude worker that works the drive-through around 5 PM

I went through the drive thru today at 2:40pm. The lady on the box talked really fast and yelled and I didn’t understand her. I asked her if she wait a second while I looked at the menu. She again yelled something into the speaker. I then decided on my sandwich and I said. Ok. I’m ready. She yelled how many times do I have to tell you my computer is slow and you’ll have to wait. I set there a minute stunned and finally she said she was ready for me. I tried to explain that I couldn’t understand her cause she was so loud and fast. She stopped me and said that she didn’t want to hear my excuses and what did I want to order. I left without ordering. When I got home, I called to talk to the manager. The same girl answered that was on drive thru. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager on duty. I then told her who I was and that she was so rude to me. She hung up on me. I won’t be back and I just thought you should know.

The people who work so hard and still make you feel like family become quick friends since you are treated like family. And my chicken strips are delicious!
I told them there was a mistake on my order they said tough luck and slammed the window on me.

Some employees there are rude (and I dont care what kind of day they have had) part of the job is being decent.. it doesn't matter what job you have or what title or if its temporary whatever you should do the best you can do at whatever your job is because it a reflection of you later in life everything you do can effect you later... retraining and some kind of training of how to work with customers might help and if ya cant read then dont be at the window... it deserves less stars but dont have a half star option.. and fix your online order site while you are at it (they claim they didn't get it tho its paid for they wouldn't help at all) do better...
