My husband and I went there tonight 2/14/26 for Valentine’s Day. They had a limited menu, full bar was not available. Every single staff member was new. It was the first or second night for everyone. No one knew the menu and the staff argued in front of the customers. The staff was rude to one of the older waitresses who was tying her best. It’s not the fault of the staff that management put them in this position. This was 100% managements fault. It’s unfair to put staff in this position.

Quiet spot for a late lunch/early dinner. They have a lot to offer so take your time. Try something new…I did. Paneer Tikka, it was amazing. Deep warm Indian flavors. And the Ribeye was cooked to perfection and had an amazing flavor. The chef checked in to make sure all the food was up to par. It’s a great spot. If I’m ever in Alton for business again I will be back.

Had an outstanding dinner this weekend at Santinos, Chicken Tiki Masala! The food was wonderful and there were so many great options to choose from, it’s going to take me several more visits just to try all of the Indian fare. There are various Thai choices too, including some curries I can’t wait to try. Plus Italian! The service was excellent, our server Mani was great; both friendly and very attentive. At the end of the evening the chef came to our table to meet us, and talked a bit about the menu. What a sweet experience. 10 out of 10 score for Santinos!

Came here for the first time and had the crab curry which was delicious. My husband had the chicken tikka masala which he also enjoyed. The garlic naan bread was very good. Will come back!

We were by our lonesome and had the whole place to ourselves. Plenty of to go orders with door dash Uber eats or whatever was picking up orders while we were there. Seems people don't dine out as they did before the plan-demic.
Fusion restaurant now with Italian, Indian, Mexican and Thai.

The food was excellent--all 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The naan bread and sauce melted in our mouths. We loved having the choice between so many different cuisines. We liked chatting with the chef. Our server, Mani, was great and surprised my husband with an unexpected, personalized birthday dessert. In all, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.
Following a recommendation from friends whose opinion we trust, we went for Indian and Thai food at Santino‘s. My favorite Indian dish (Palak Paneer) wasn’t on the menu but when I asked about it, Chef KK offered to make it for me - it was delicious and almost as good as I’ve had in India.
My sweetheart got Thai Green Curry and also found it delicious. Additionally, our waiter Mani was delightful. We are certain we will return.

Everything was great. We haven't been in many years and love all choices in the menu selection. So many options, it was hard to choose...Italian, Mexican, Indian, or Thia. We will be returning soon to try other selections. Prices were great as well. Atmosphere quiet, even though there's was a very large party in the side room. My only complaint is we were not offered any bread for the table.
