Food is ok , selection is ok as well got your basics rice, orange chicken etc. Self serve drinks so no need to tip. The building itself is a bit run down booth seats loose or torn. Honestly just a very mid restaurant nothing too special or bad.

I was in the neighborhood so I thought I would give it a second chance. What a mistake. The food was terrible. The food was cold, bland, just disgusting. I would say stay way not worth the time or money $17 for seniors dinner on Saturday.
