They were so busy because they had some people call off, but all the baristas were so kind and efficient. They had to manage a ton of orders and did so swimmingly. I highly recommend this Starbucks and will come back!
I don't know how it took me so long to write a review about this place, but here we go.I have been coming here a good year or so since moving to Illinois from out of state. I'm very much a regular here, as in I come here about 3 times a week. Sometimes I'm here for a quick pickup, or sometimes I stay here for hours on end.It's got to the point where some of the employees greet me by name, and already know what I'm going to order. I was in the Arlington Heights area recently. It was super cold outside so I decided to stop by to get a hot chocolate. Customer service was great. I don't often come to this location but if I'm ever in Arlington Heights I'll come back!
