“We were at the Bakester today and they were understaffed. Iliya was there working as hard as he could and was doing a great job. Through no fault of his own and under great pressure, he tried to get the job done to keep the restaurant moving. The food was great.“

“I came here to pick up some slices of the crepe cake for a special family occasion. 5 slices cost nearly $70 !!

The cakes themselves were delicious. I have had them before in Texas, homemade, and these tasted very similar.

We tried the following flavors:

Signature Mille Crepe- it’s like a vanilla flavor- 20 crepe layers ($11)

Dubai Chocolate Mille Crepe- chocolate and pistachio pastry creams with a knafeh inspired topping of kataifi, pistachio and tahini ($15)

Peach Melba Mille Crepe- Raspberry cream, vanilla milk cream, peaches, with a raspberry glaze ($11)

Guava Mille Crepe- guava infused cream cheese pastry creams, strawberry sponge cake, with a guava glaze ($11)

Pistachio Mille Crepe- 20 layers of crepe with whipped pistachio pastry cream and crushed pistachios. ($11)

All were outstanding. Everyone had different favorites.

The price is so high that this couldn’t be a regular treat. But the quality was high as well. At this price point, I might have to learn to make these crepe cakes. Apparently these are made in New York, frozen, and then driven to Chicago. The slices we bought were several days old. But they still tasted great. Highly recommend for a special, expensive treat.“

“I ordered a cake for 8–10 people and was really happy with how it turned out. The baker had it ready in just two days, which was super convenient. I went with a gulab jamun cake and it was honestly delicious. Everyone who tried it loved it, and it ended up being a nice surprise for the group.

The cake was moist, not too sweet, and had a good balance of flavors. You could tell some real care went into making it. The whole process was pretty smooth, and the baker was easy to work with and responsive.

“Nadiya did our gender reveal for my husband and I. We were so eager to find out we asked if she could do it in 2-3 days and she said yes. And she got it done! Nonetheless, I didn’t give any input on what the cake should look like and was totally ok if it was just a while boring cake on the outside. It wasn’t though! We got it home and looked and it marveled at all its intricacies. It was so beautifully decorated with bows and tons of detail. For the price we paid and for her wonderful craftsmanship we will definitely go to Nadiya again for our baking needs! Not to mention we loved the taste and so did our furbabies that did the cake cutting with us! 🩷“

“Many Oat milk ice cream options, and so many delicious flavors for ice cream, shakes, sundaes and shaved ice. Love that your dog gets to come into the restaurant and gets free ice cream. Chairs to sit inside or outside.“
