so tired of this location. I order here from work and my order has been wrong 4 times in the past. Now I get a sandwich with bread that's at least a day old and hard. I asked for mustard in 2 separate areas on my order and got NO mustard at all. I'm done.
I love Jimmy John's but I was disappointed with today's dinning experience. The staff was dry with no welcoming experience. It seemed like they were miserable working there.

Great location! Very busy but they keep up with it. I've spoken with Kyle and Tim about a catering order for my son's baseball team. They referred me to Andy the store manager. More than accommodating. Highly recommend. Great costumer service.
