Went here last night. I walked in and there were no workers in sight. it was about 7:45pm. I waited about 5 minutes, and a young man comes out from the back. He was clearly upset/embarrassed upon realizing I had been there for a bit without being helped. He was extremely apologetic and respectful while taking and making my order, and also gave me a free large drink and a dessert as another apology. I was understanding and honestly felt bad for him. Uncooperative in resolving order discrepancies. Uninformed about their online app. We will be sticking with Jersey Mikes
Great wrap. Made exactly the way I wanted it. I had the chicken Cesar wrap. Very friendly staff.
