Jackson and Jenna are the best employees you have! They are reason I keep coming back and are always welcoming when I see them. They make the best sandwiches! The management team should really treat their team members with a little more respect to make sure their best employees stick around.
Janea was awesome this morning on the behalf of her team, she helped me with no problem. I really appreciate her. I’m giving this Duncan All-Stars. Great effort on the behalf of what’s going on.
Good location and service was ok as well. We enjoyed our lunch here but the sandwich was sloppy making it not as enjoyable as the other locations visited.

Potbelly is a restaurant known for its friendly staff and management. The manager is praised for her positive attitude and ability to handle busy periods efficiently. The cooks are highly appreciated for their skill, especially for making the new rib sandwich with warm, toasted, and flaky bread, and tender, juicy meat. Meals are generally well-regarded, with the Mediterranean sandwich and Apple Walnut Chicken salad being popular choices. Customers enjoy the good value and the quality ingredients in their sandwiches. The environment is clean, though some reviews mention that tables and floors can be a bit messy at times. The service can be slow during peak hours, and the staff at the register has been described as laid-back, which may not suit those in a hurry. Overall, it’s a convenient spot close to work where customers often return for lunch, enjoying the fast service and friendly staff.
