“The owners are some of the nicest people you'd ever meet. The bar is very clean. Theres normally music on weekends & bigger bands on the beer garden/ patio. Theres a variety of music instead of only one genre. Its not a snooty bar or a ruff bar, its perfect & welcoming to everyone.“

“The Hideaway Tavern is my favorite place to go in Southern Illinois!! Tracy and Roger Loos are my family. They provide some serious customer service that will make you feel like you are home. The Hideaway Tavern supports local music and have been having bands for quite some time now. Fun welcoming atmosphere, strong stiff drinks, and beautiful people.
