I absolutely love the bagels here! Expect for most times I go in there is a certain female employee who is very unhappy, doesn't smile and is not very polite. Everytime that certain unhappy employee is there she seems to mess up my order - I order a bagel NOT toasted and she toasts it. I order a frozen Carmel macchiato and she hands me an iced coffee or once I got this weird ice mocha thing.
