The food is fresh and delicious, and the store has such a positive atmosphere. You can tell the team works hard and genuinely cares about their customers. “Man, I'm so hooked on this place! It's a beautiful Sunday Mother's Day afternoon--the lot and drive thru are packed! I ordered my food online for pick-up!! I ordered my usual 2 Chorizó breakfast bagel sandwiches and 2 Nova Lox sandwiches, but this time i also ordered the Farmhouse Breakfast Sandwich and Churro Party Bagel --Everything was fresh and delicious, just like every order I've placed at this location! The crew here is very calm, pleasant and professional, during peak rush times like today(there were 5 or 6 people in line ahead of me plus 3 other people waiting for their order). Although my pick up order wasn't ready because the bagels i originally ordered were already out of stock, they had an even better alternative bagel available (the cheddar jalapeño one) still available, so I had that bagel instead for my 3 breakfast sandwiches, which proved to be a great choice! Anyway, I usually eat my order in my truck in their lot, while everything is still fresh and hot and watch Howard Stern interview videos on SiriusXM, so in a way, the whole thing with not having my original bagel choices available, worked out! With the consistently large number of customers who pack the lot and drive thru every time I come here, plus this location's staying power over the many years it's been in Palatine, it deserves a much higher rating--so that 2 star rating on Yelp.com doesn't appear to be accurate nor believable at all!!“
