7:30am on a Saturday found parking & no line, no wait.

The Obvious needed way more pickled red onions, tomato, cucumbers and capers. Think there was one of each. Good chunk of lox though.

The Sweet & Tart was perfect & a little sweet.

“Everything a matcha latte should be. Balanced in every way. Also ordered a bagel sandwich which was pretty good - as an East Coaster bagels in Chicago just don’t hit the same however it was decent. Definitely a bit pricey but overall worth it!“

“Bagel Miller is a go-to spot in Lincoln Square. The branding and atmosphere are fun and creative, the staff is welcoming, and the bagels, coffee, matcha, and chai are delicious. They have a gluten free bagel option too (although it is not homemade like their bagels made with gluten). The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey but still worth it for the taste.“

“It’s not the best bagel. But everyone that works there is always friendly and gets my order right and gets it ready quickly. They have a great selection of drinks and some fun bagels. It’s not a bad place to sit and eat your bagel. Also be ware they charge for everything that tomato was 50¢!“

“My friends & I visited Chicago alllll the way from Nebraska for the My Chemical Romance concert August 2025. The next morning we came to Tilly Bagel Shop for breakfast & to be honest I think about the bagel sandwich I ate here at least once a week! Anytime I hear of a friend coming to Chicago I tell them they absolutely have to come here! I wish there was a way you could ship bagels because I’d be placing an order weekly!“

“The Reuben on toasted sesame seed bagel with Muenster cheese was great. So is their raspberry, apricot, chocolate drizzle and cinnamon raisin ruegalah. I went back today and it was just as good. The sesame seed bagel is so fresh and delicious. I doubled down on the ruegalah; two of each. 😋“

Staff are always so kind and attentive, the atmosphere is witchy and comforting. They have tarot reading events. The cinnamon roll is delicious w/ a generous frosting top and edible gold flakes And their chocolate chip cookie? Delectable! Ooie and gooie with salt crystals on top. & Don't even get me started on their rosemary bagel. “Entering this place it can seem hectic if it’s rush hour. But rest assured the workers here are so efficient. The food here is so good! They have many combinations that attend to all palettes. Their smoothies are amazing I love the strawberry the best. I stop here whenever I can.“

“I would easily consider bagels to be one of my favorite foods, and going to grab an iced latte and a fun bagel flavor is one of my favorite ways to spend a Sunday morning - so when I heard that the Gotham Bagels South Loop location was open, I knew I had to check it out! Gotham Bagels has been on my list for a LONG time, and it definitely did not disappoint! We tried a couple of their specialty sandwiches along with a classic sweet bagel to round it all out! My absolute FAVORITE from the meal was the Brighton Beach - the smoked salmon was perfect, the ratio of ingredients was incredible, and the flavor of the everything bagel tied everything together! I’d highly recommend checking out the South Loop Gotham Bagels location!“

I imagine when you finally got the trailer backed in you felt like an amazing super trucker, and gave yourself a pat on the back too 🤣 i do agree the staff is cool, and they get you in and out of here quickly. I wouldn’t arrive too early, you’re most likely not getting into a dock till around appointment time.“

“Stopped in for breakfast at The Great American Bagel on Madison. Got an Asiago bagel toasted with plain cream cheese and a coffee. Bagel was fresh and had a good chew, cheese was generous. Place was busy with the morning crowd but the line moved. Grabbed a seat by the window for a few minutes before heading out. Straightforward and solid start to the day.“
