“It seems simple right? A banana bagel toasted and buttered? But not to me, it was toasted to perfection, absolutely soaked in butter, I would be a glutton to order 10 more but if I was on death row, that's how I would go, 10 butter soaked banana bagels from this location! Amazing customer service, clean and orderly, was pleased to know there was a public restroom! 10/10 would come here again and again! Should've shown you the bagel but we were having a personal moment together“

“We tried Grounded Ciffee in Frankfort based on a recommendation of a friend. It is located in Downtown Frankfort near other restaurants that we frequent but we never noticed the place. It is in an old building that has been decorated in the customer area. The kitchen and prep areas seem to be pretty old school. Lots of seating inside and a ton of seating outside.They are lacking a big easily readable menu sign. There is a smaller one that you can see to your left when you become the second person in line. Staff was very nice. There were 2 employees on a Monday morning around 9 am. The pizza bagel was very delicious and was freshly prepared. The coffee was ok about par with most places. There was a steady flow of customers, mostly locals, that were ordering. We sat outside and enjoyed a 70 degree morning with a light breeze. If you live in the area or are in the area I would suggest giving it a try. They do have a menu online and small mini menus printed on small sheets of paper by the condiment station. Menu is very limited but sufficient for what it is. Be weary of a large step up and down at the doorway. This would be difficult to impossible for folks in wheelchairs and possibly walkers unless there is another entrance I am not aware of.“

“I always get peanut butter and jelly on blueberry bagel this is first time it was not the greatest. But in the past has always been great. The young kids working need to learn to TALK. You can’t understand them. Learn to talk English please. Not everyone know Spanish Which I would love to learn . Have to work on that.“

“Biggby Midlothian made my day today on my lunch break! Their service and coffee are awesome. It is a neighborhood family that owns this location. I highly recommend skipping Dunkin, and heading to Biggby for your coffee!“

“Ordered the Christmas box of donuts with the bagels and cream cheese special. You guys were slammed with orders and drive thru was packed as well but we received our order in a timely manner and employees were friendly. The only thing that could have been better was not putting the donuts so close to each other. The frosting made them all stick together but everyone thought they were really good! Thank you for making breakfast fast and easy on Christmas Eve!“
