These bagels are no joke. I got the garlic salt with the lox combo. Phenomenal. Messy, chewy, filled with adult flavors, capers the size of acorns. This is grown up food.
The team at the Lolla tent were amazing. They went above and beyond to look after me and my team. They are TRUE Chicago gems. And these are REAL New York bagels 🥯
Bagel sandwiches are always a little tricky, but this was the best I’ve ever had. Bacon, egg, and Giardinara cream cheese for the win!
