Food was pretty good. Appreciated the service as I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal online. When I arrived for pickup they let me know they were short 1 piece and gave me a few options to replace it. Not a big deal and appreciated that they were upfront with the issue. Pleasant experience.
I got food from here twice 1st time Famous bowl and pot pie and 2nd time double down(they gave me chicken sandwich instead so I went back and got double down). And Famous bowl was not as good as usual. Chicken pot pie no problem. Good service pleasant people.

I know you hate your job working for KFC but cmon on be better. Waited 15 mins for an online order that they said was ready. Didn’t even get 4 biscuits included with meal. Said they were busy had 2 cars in the drive thru and no one else in the restaurant.
