Once I realized I called them in a panic. The Wingstop team went above and beyond to help me out. They quickly put together a new order and got it ready in record time. “Service was fantastic. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The lobby was exceptionally clean, so its clear the workers take pride in their jobs. However, the building is sooo rundown!! At first I thought it had closed down! The women's bathroom was not operational. There was a smelly leak by the beverage center. So, maybe the owner of the building is falling down on the job? It's a shame, because these amazing workers deserve better!“

“Very first time trying Wing Snob and it did NOT disappoint. The quality and flavors exceeded my expectations, even the menu (though I hadn't looked up what they had in advance)! The speciality fries were phenomenal, though I wish the chicken bites weren't left to crisp around the edges as much as it did, but the chicken itself was still very juicy. Boneless wings were perfectly cooked and coated - you can absolutely tell that the sauce isn't an after thought and tossed in for a few seconds like some places. The sandwich and regular seasoned fries were also very good. I will absolutely be coming back! ❤️“

Victoria has great customer service: she spoke clearly and showed enthusiasm. She gives this place a good first impression.
The back was slightly messy (filled garbage bins and dirty floor), and that could present the overall work environment in a wrong way for customers, in terms of food safety. And, the front door is heavy to pull and push, causing fatigue.“

I had actual stop eating Wingstop for awhile because of several bad experiences, but I ran across this location and was like let's give it one more try. “This place serves amazing Halal fried chicken and Chinese. We ordered the spicy chicken like quarters, combo fried rice, and beef lo mein.

The trays are big portions and the prices are very reasonable. The spicy fried chicken was amazing. Crispy and flavorful.“

“My previous review was accidentally deleted by me, but let me just say that this is by far the best bar around the Chicagoland area. Firstly, let me start by raving about Colleen, the GOAT of bartenders! She is an absolute sweetheart! From the first day she made me feel at home! If you are new, she goes up to you, introduces herself and hands you a napkin. She has the most awesome and proper etiquette for the hospitality industry. Colleen is an absolute godsend! I do not know a single person who badmouths her. She also makes the best margaritas and rums/cokes! She remembers your name as wel and starts calling you by your name on the second day. The other bartenders are amazing as well. On Tuesdays and Thursdays when I go in, Lisa remembers my drink and food order. She is also a gem as well! As far as the food goes, the chicken bacon ranch wrap is one of the best I have ever eaten. The Cheddar Cheese burger is amazing as well. Seriously this place is a great find. As far as the reviews calling this place racist are concerned, to each their own: I have never had any issues and I am disabled and asian that is like a double negative. It is the most inclusive place around town!“

“Best BB.Q franchise for me. Gives the biggest peices, excellent saucing, and service.

For whatever reason many BB.Q Chicken locations only allow you to select only one flavor for a medium order. So if you want two different flavors you have to pay the higher charge to get two small sizes In different flavors. This location allows me to order two separate flavors for a medium order which saves me a headache, and a little money. I am willing to drive 5 minutes further to go to this location than the other 3 or so BB.Q locations that are slightly closer as a result. Keep up the good work guys!“

The wings left something to be desired but the calzone was also great! Highly recommend and this location is great and the staff is super friendly. “Decided to try Chilis for my birthday dinner steak, as I’d heard their steaks were pretty good. I’d happily heard correctly. The steak was delicious. I don’t understand why they make you wait, however, for a table when there are always empty tables. We waited 15 minutes yet we counted 8 empty tables. We noticed this was happening the entire time we were there. People waiting for over 10 minutes while many empty tables were available. Our waitress, I believe Tiara? Was great! Extremely busy yet very attentive to our table. Food did not disappoint, altho the side salad was only lettuce and grated cheese, for over $4.00!! One of us ordered the secret sauce burger. It seems the sauce was soo secret they didn’t even put it on!! Their Fangtastic margarita was delish! And the bill didn’t break us! All in all it was a good birthday dinner. “I have no complaints regarding the food. We order from this location almost every week and have never had an issue. Today, when I walked in, the restaurant was extremely busy due to the Wild Card game, and the atmosphere was understandably tense. The kitchen staff appeared focused and working hard to get orders out.

During this time, a woman who came from the back to assist with phone orders and customer service did not appear to be wearing a name badge, and it was unclear whether she was an owner or an employee. Regardless of her role, the way she conducted herself was very unprofessional and made the situation uncomfortable for customers.

There was an apparent mistake involving an order that had been handed out incorrectly. One of the assistant managers, who was clearly working hard in the kitchen, was confronted and loudly blamed for the error. He calmly stated that both parties should have verified the order, yet she continued yelling and placed all the blame on him. This exchange took place in front of staff and customers, which was inappropriate and unacceptable.

If a mistake occurs, it should be addressed privately and respectfully. Yelling at an employee in front of others serves no purpose and shows a lack of professionalism and basic human decency.

To Tomas, the assistant manager: we are all human, and mistakes can happen, especially in high-pressure situations. No one deserves to be treated the way you were. You were clearly working hard, and I commend you for standing your ground. I hope this behavior is reported and addressed appropriately.

This incident made me very uncomfortable, and I truly hope steps are taken to ensure staff are treated with respect moving forward.“

“We had a party for 63 people on Monday September 4th. 2023 ( Labor Day). We ordered food for 50 people. The food was delicious, there was plenty of food for all 63 people and everyone enjoyed everything we ordered. (Plenty of leftovers also). We’ve been having Labor Day parties at my location in Bloomingdale for years now, and never used Addante. I’ll guarantee that will be our only option from now on.
