It's Fall so trading outside river views for inside seating with soup. Full bowl of poblano/minced pork soup pictured here. So good and thick. Didn't need crackers. Flavorable. Enjoy breakfast too. Home fries are made in house, crispy. Service fast and friendly. Good for conversation with plenty of coffee.

Came across this place when we pulled into a parking lot to look up restaurants. There it was up on a slight hill. Very cute, with outdoor seating looking over a river. Huge breakfast menu. Smaller lunch menu with burgers and salads but also burritos and tacos, both classic and American. Friendly and good service.

Food and service was great! Shocked when we were charged $1.00 each for water. Not happy about that! Should have let us know….That is why we rated them this way.

Owner was server. Toast was almost burned. Surprisingly he served it to us. Coffee wasn't the best when asked if I wanted more I asked if it's the same old Coffee then no. He returned later with the same pot too refill. Won't return.

What an amazing breakfast!!! Today’s special was the carne asada skillet. The pork was slow cooked for 8 hours. Served over potatoes and topped with cheese, avocados and eggs (I got mine without eggs or cheese). Best skillet yet!!!

Andres is quickly becoming our go-to breakfast spot. It’s a quiet, charming restaurant with consistently great service. The breakfast food is truly excellent. I highly recommend the Down South Omelette, but honestly, everything we’ve tried has been fantastic. The pancakes are also top-notch — fluffy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Andres is a hidden gem that’s well worth a visit!

Andres is without a doubt the BEST place for breakfast. Food is always delicious, prices are reasonable, and portions are generous. The fact that it is family owned is a plus for me. Great location along the Fox in Rt 25. You should try it!

I have been coming here for over 20 years, since I was a kid. I get a skillet and I love it every time. Sit on the deck and relax.

Great little hidden gem right along the river. Had the breakfast burrito and I may or may not have been able to stop eating to get a picture first! The hot sauce adder is mine! Eating outside watching the path traffic and river was really nice.

With several top notch breakfast/lunch spots to choose from in the Tri-Cities, it's hard to stand out from the crowd. Andres' Restaurant does it in two ways: beautiful riverside balcony seating and extremely fair prices. Of course the food and service are both top notch as well, but there's no other place like this in the Fox Valley area that I can enjoy peaceful riverside dining for brunch. Highly recommend stopping in to try this place. I really enjoyed the Bacado Skillet with side of pancakes and my wife loved her steak tacos.
