They could certainly benefit from having two order lanes. I waited about 25 minutes total. No one was at the first window to take my payment. I stayed there until it was time to move to the next window. They seemed surprised and a little annoyed that I hadn't paid. It took entirely too long, but at least the fries were hot. Many people pulled out of the line due to the wait.
I went to McDonald’s tonight before 10.. after I had went to two other fast food chains that there website said they were open until 10.. but both said they were closed.. so now I am frustrated!! I was starving! So I ordered a #7 filet meal and pulled through. When I got to the food window the very nice employee asked me to pull forward because they were making my food fresh! I was like sure that’s great THANKS! So while I am waiting I post a negative review on the other chains...
