Never been to a Penn Station Sub, being disabled I saw a pickup window. I pulled up, not busy there, asked employee if I could order there, was told no. So I left and went to Lee’s Chicken and spent $23 there. If you were busy, I could understand. I would never turn down money, but I guess you are able to lose business with your policy...never make an exception.
