I’m a 3-5 sandwich a week kinda guy. They never fail to take care of me and if there is a mistake they make sure to make things right!!
I had an outstanding experience at Jimmy John's thanks to Devin.
I ordered a Giant Chicken Bacon Ranch and mentioned that I wanted half for today and half for tomorrow. I told him I wanted tomorrow's half plain because I didn't want to deal with wilted lettuce after it sat overnight. Instead of just making me a dry sandwich and sending me on my way, Devin took the time to think of a better solution.
