McDonald's offers a mix of experiences, with employees like Ms. Annie who show integrity by returning lost items promptly. However, consistency in food preparation can be an issue, as seen with the Fish Filet sandwich. While most staff are friendly, some find the manager less pleasant. Despite this, service is generally good when she is not around.
